Blair is noted for his ability to capture the likeness of his portrait subjects.   Clients contact him specifically for this ability.  Since 1983, when he was introduced to the Pro Football Hall of Fame by the then owner of the San Francisco 49ers, Eddie DeBartolo, Blair has sculpted more than 110 of the inductees to that prestigious body.  His busts are recognizable to anyone who has followed professional football.
